Will you make me throw everything out?

Fear not, although some people want to reduce the number of items they have, others want to keep absolutely everything but have it organized. Your goal is what is important.

 

How long will this take?

This is a little trickier to answer because the speed depends on the amount of stuff to sort and the pace at which the client can make decisions. Like snowflakes, no two projects are exactly alike.

 

My place is so messy. Will you think I’m a slob?

Please! I don’t judge and I don’t tell. All of your information is kept strictly confidential. Besides, I have two teenagers.

 

How do you know what to do?

The first visit will be an assessment. You’ll show me what you envision and I’ll ask you lots of (painless) questions. Together we’ll come up with a game plan.

 

Should I purchase bins, boxes, or other storage items?

Only if you want to see my head spin. It’s crucial to go through the sorting process before determining what, if anything is needed.

 

So what is this all going to cost?

$75 per hour with discounts for purchasing blocks of 20 or 40 hours.

 

Do I have to be there?

It is important for you to be there for the initial assessment. If it works better for you I can work in your space while you’re on vacation or at the office.

 

Say I do have a lot of stuff that I no longer need but that someone else could use, where should I take it?
